We are part of a family corporation, based in Amman, Jordan. Our Family has been distributing high quality Mediterranean foods and products worldwide since 1990.

Our story began in 2020 when we established our Rayyan-Foods’s business in the United States. From the experience that we gained over the years, we were able to create our special traditional product, which is worldwide known as Hummus. We are confident in our ability to manufacture the hummus with the best top ingredients and quality.

Hummus is a type of traditional appetizer that is made from chickpeas and Tahini as basic ingredients. The sub-ingredients we mix in with the tahini and chickpeas are all fresh and natural. Our product is made to be suitable for every trip, every moment, and for all ages.

Rayyan Hummus has been established in Turkey and provides services in Istanbul and with the experience we gained over the years working in this field, we were able to gather the finest ingredients that are used to make hummus. Since hummus is considered to be one of our traditional appetizers, you will almost find it on all of our dining tables.

To make our product unique and special, we have added additions to the classic hummus, which you will not find anywhere else.
